Dresden City Direkt offers since September 2011 newly furnished, comfortable and high-quality equipped guest apartments directly in the centre of Dresden. The 1 and 2 room guest apartments in an exclusive location on the Neumarkt in the immediate vicinity of the Frauenkirche, Albertinum, Palace, Green Vault, Brühl Terrace, Semper Opera House and Zwinger leave nothing to be desired. The 2-room apartments have a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and offer space for 4 adults. The 1-room apartment has a large living/bedroom, separate kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 3 people. If required, a cot can be added in all apartments. All rooms have underfloor heating. The fully equipped fitted kitchens offer all the comfort for self-catering. All apartments have a WLAN internet connection. The oak parquet flooring in the living rooms as well as the high-quality tiled bathrooms with floor-level shower round off the sophisticated overall impression. The house has a passenger lift and barrier-free access. It is possible to book an underground parking space for normal height cars (paternoster, max. 1.72 m roof height) separately from the apartments. The prices of our apartments are graded according to the length of stay and are to be understood as final prices including all additional costs.
